Payment Policy: 

We accept payment through Paypal, (please note, it is now possible for you to use your credit card on paypal WITHOUT having a paypal account. Postal Money Orders, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and personal check. If paying by personal check, I reserve the right to call your bank as a business to make sure the funds are available when the check is deposited. I also reserve the right to not mail your order until bank clearance of funds.

Packaging or Handling Fees:

You wont see those here.  No hidden costs.  You pay the listed price of the product and the shipping as it appears in the cart.  No packaging fees, no handling fees at any time.   

Shipping Policy:

Turn around time is usually 24 to 48 hours.  If it will be longer than that, you'll be notified of pending ship date.  Normally once an order is paid for, if it's paid before noon, we try to get them out that day.  It will go out the next day at the very latest, unless of course, it's a weekend of holiday.  If it's the case of a weekend or holiday, you're order will ship out the next available business day. 

Typically, I use the United States Postal Service for shipment.  For large orders, we ship via DHL Ground or Federal Express whichever is not only the most expedient, but, also cost effective.

We choose Delivery Confirmation on *every* order we send out, and we may also choose Signature Confirmation at our own discretion for large orders to ensure the proper person receives the shipment.

Refund/Return Policy:

ALL sales are *final*. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept a return on purchases. We always make sure to properly pack all items to ensure that they won't be damaged during shipping. If you choose, you may purchase insurance on your order, at your expense.  I highly recommend this on large orders.  We work hard to make sure your package is properly secured, especially if shipping candles, however, sometimes breakage occurs.  I cannot be responsible for how your package is handled once it leaves my doorstep. 

Business Hours:

Our normal business hours are from 12 noon to 4pm Monday through Friday. I enjoy my customers, and want to offer you the best possible service I can.  However, sometimes that means not being able to take your call outside of those hours.  I will get back to you, though, during the next business day.  Please remember that this is a home business, and on top of that, a home that home schools.  Therefore, I would ask that you TRY REALLY HARD to maintain the hours I've established.
